गोस्वामी तुलसीदास द्वारा रचित एक महाकाव्य कविता है, राम चरित मानस का अर्थ है “भगवान राम के कर्मों की झील”। इसे हिंदू साहित्य की सबसे बड़ी कृतियों में से एक भी माना जाता है, रामचरितमानस राम की प्रेरक कहानी को आम लोगों के सामने प्रस्तुत करता है ताकि वे भगवान राम से प्रेरणा ले सकें।
रामचरितमानस के लेखन ने कई सांस्कृतिक परंपराओं की शुरुआत की, विशेष रूप से रामलीला की परंपरा। “रामचरितमानस भी सभी भक्ति साहित्य की सबसे बड़ी पुस्तक है और भारतीय लोगों के विश्वास के लिए सबसे अच्छा और सबसे भरोसेमंद मार्गदर्शक भी है”।
The Ramcharitmanas PDF is an epic poem composed by Shri Goswami Tulsidas, Ramcharitmanas means “The Lake of the deeds of Lord Ram”. It is also considered one of the greatest works of Hindu literature, Ramcharitmanas presents the inspirational story of Ram to the common people so they can take inspiration from Lord Ram.

Ramcharitmanas Beginning | शुरुआत
Tulsidas started writing Ramcharitmanas in Ayodhya in 1631. The date of writing Ramcharitmanas is exactly on the ninth day of the month of Chaitra, which is the birthday of Rama popularly known as Rama Navami. At that time India was under the rule of Mughal Emperor Akbar, which also made Tulsidas a contemporary of William Shakespeare.
तुलसीदास ने 1631 में अयोध्या में रामचरितमानस लिखना शुरू किया था, रामचरितमानस लिखने की तिथि ठीक चैत्र महीने के नौवें दिन है, जो राम का जन्मदिन है जिसे राम नवमी के नाम से जाना जाता है। उस समय भारत मुगल सम्राट अकबर के शासन में था, यह तुलसीदास को विलियम शेक्सपियर का समकालीन भी बनाता है।
Ramcharitmanas Structure | संरचना
Ramcharitmanas PDF consists of 7 Kands :
- 1. Bal Kand starts with a hymn (bhajan) honouring the goddess Saraswati and the god Ganesh.
- 2. Ayodhya Kand starts with the famous verse of the god Shiva.
- 3. Aranya Kanda -This Kanda also begins with the first verse on the praise of Shiva.
- 4. Kiskindha Kand -This Kanda begins with the following verse- The Lovely as jasmine and a blue lotus, of surpassing strength, a place of wisdom, endowed with natural grace, excellent archer, hymned by the Vedas, and lovers of the cow and Brahmanas.
- 5. Sundar Kand- This kand begins with a hymn in the praise of Lord Ram.
- 6. Lanka Kand– This Kanda starts with this hymn “I adore Sri Rama, the supreme Deity, the object of worship even by Shiva, the Dispeller of the fear of rebirth, and many others”.
- 7. Uttar Kand- begins with this hymn I unceasingly extol Sri Ram, the praiseworthy lord of Janki (Sita, Janaka’s daughter and the wife of Rama), the chief of Raghu’s line, and many others.
रामचरितमानस को 7 कंडो में बाटा गया है :
1. बाल काण्ड– की शुरुआत देवी सरस्वती और भगवान गणेश के सम्मान के एक भजन (भजन) से होती है।
2. अयोध्या काण्ड की शुरुआत भगवान शिव के प्रसिद्ध श्लोक से होती है।
3. अरण्य काण्ड – इस कांड की शुरुआत भी शिव की स्तुति पर पहले श्लोक से होती है।
4. किष्किन्धा काण्ड-इस कांड की शुरुआत निम्नलिखित श्लोक से होती है- चमेली और नीले कमल के रूप में सुंदर, श्रेष्ठ शक्ति का, ज्ञान का स्थान, प्राकृतिक कृपा से संपन्न, उत्कृष्ट धनुर्धर, वेदों द्वारा रचित, और गाय और ब्राह्मणों के प्रेमी .
5. सुन्दर काण्ड– यह कांड भगवान राम की स्तुति में एक भजन के साथ शुरू होता है।
6. लंका काण्ड इस कांड की शुरुआत इस भजन से होती है “मैं श्री राम, सर्वोच्च देवता, शिव की पूजा की वस्तु, पुनर्जन्म के भय को दूर करने वाले, और कई अन्य लोगों की पूजा करता हूं”।
7. उत्तर काण्ड- इस भजन के साथ शुरू होता है, मैं श्री राम, जानकी (सीता, जनक की बेटी और राम की पत्नी), रघु वंश के प्रमुख, और कई अन्य लोगों के प्रशंसनीय स्वामी की प्रशंसा करता हूं।
